Kai Wee is a professional independent jewellery designer that reinvented himself after a distinguished career in the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Now an established jewellery designer with loyal clientele and themed jewellery lines sold online and in boutiques around Singapore, Kai has a passion for computer aided jewellery design and experience with computer aided manufacturing with service bureaus in Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong. His regular use of both traditional and digital design techniques (CAD/CAM) to produce anything from unique, highly-customized requests to mass-produced pieces gives him well-rounded knowledge of jewellery design and manufacturing that is readily conveyed to students.
